After the pricerecord for Munch at Sotheby´s last tuesday, I fell in love with the large painting "Summerday" sold for 70 mill nok.
An imitation (70x148) based upon photos in the media is in progress in my studio, and will be part of the decoration at my summer residence. Renewal of paintings for the cottage is allways an interesting job during the winter and spring. The painting "Embracing at the beach" is the first of this year exhibition at Solvang.
