And the Oscar goes to: "The Danish Poet".
Norwegian artist Torill Kove, now living and working in Canada, won the Oscar for best Short Film Animated at the 79th Academy Awards 2007.
Last time an Norwegian movie got such an important price was 55 years ago, Thor Heyerdal´s Kon Tiki.
In addition to the Oscars the most important activity this evening is the walking on the Red Carpet. Thus the title of this painting.

Autumn colours for AnneKath
In this part of the year, when the snow covers the nature and most of the landscapes are white, grey and black, I wanted to make a painting from the memories of last years Autumn.
In a few days Anne Katharina celebrates her birthday (no age mentioned) and if she wants the painting (50x75 acryllic on canvas) it is ready for my signature.
