11 years since the heart attack in Singapore
Today, October 1st. is it exactly 11 years since the first serious heart attack almost killed me during my stay in Singapore.
No details in this blog; only many thanks to family, friends, employer and medical personnel in Singapore and Norway who have helped me through these eleven years. A million thanks to those relatives who said YES to organ donation the day I needed a new heart and a new kidney. They all gave me some other years to live. I am today well and happy with my life although it is totally different from the expectations I had on the saturday morning 132 months ago.
